This year is the 52-nd anniversary of the Earth Day and for the last 13 years, we’ve been celebrating the Earth Day at SAAS Marina.
This week, we’ve commenced the 14th Annual Earth Day Celebration with the slogan “Let’s Make Our Earth Great Again”.
During the Science lessons, Grades 1A and 1B students demonstrated their ingenuity by making marvelous projects related to the conservation of our Planet and built models from “waste” materials such as egg cartons, plastic bottles and even Nespresso Capsules. They presented their ideas in systematic forms which are on par with the presentations done by successful CEOs. The topic of the first graders was “I Love Nature.”
After listening to their ideas and reviewing their projects, I can definitely say that the future of our planet is in safe hands.
